How to Withdraw from OKX

Method 1: Sell USDT for your local currency (P2P)

  1. Open the OKX app and go to P2P trading → P2P.
  2. Choose Sell at the top, and select the local currency you want to receive.
  3. Choose Sell crypto with no fees.
  4. Pick the payment method you'll be paid through, then tap Sell.
  5. Wait for the buyer to pay. You can message them through the Chat.
  6. Check for yourself that the money has arrived and the details match, then tap Release crypto.

Method 2: Withdraw crypto to a wallet or another exchange

  1. Open the app, go to Portfolio and choose Withdraw.
  2. Choose Withdraw crypto, then the coin.
  3. Under Select destination, choose Exchanges or wallets.
  4. Choose the Network, paste the address, enter the amount, check the network fee, then tap Submit.
  5. Complete two-factor authentication and tap Confirm.

Common problems

I can't sell or withdraw after buying

  • It's most likely a protection period after a P2P purchase. Wait for it to end.

The buyer says they've paid, but I don't see the money

  • Don't release the crypto. Message them in the chat, and open a dispute if you need to.

My withdrawal hasn't arrived

  • Double-check the network, address and tag, and track the transaction ID.
