Which exchange has the most P2P ads in pounds?
More ads means a better chance of finding a good price and a seller who accepts the payment method you have. Here's how many USDT ads in Egyptian pounds we counted on 10 October 2026 (the numbers change daily):
| Exchange | Sell ads (you buy from them) | Buy ads (you sell to them) |
|---|---|---|
| Binance | 223 | 341 |
| Bybit | 152 | 177 |
| OKX | 82 | 165 |
| Bitget | 39 | 65 |
Bottom line: Binance is the biggest market in Egypt, and Bybit is a strong second choice. KuCoin, MEXC and Gate let you sign up from Egypt, but we didn't find an EGP P2P market anywhere near that size on them.

Egyptian living abroad?
If you're in the Gulf or Europe and want to send money to your family in Egypt:
- Buy USDT in the country you live in.
- Send it to your family's Binance account as a Binance user (by email, phone number or Binance ID), with no network to choose.
- Your family sells it on P2P for pounds and gets paid by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash in their own name.
Before you start, check that the exchange is available in the country where you live. The full guide to selling and getting paid: How to withdraw from Binance.
Common mistakes in Egypt
- Paying from a Vodafone Cash wallet in someone else's name (a family member's, for example): the payment may be rejected or cause problems. Pay from a wallet in your own name.
- Sending a different amount from the one in the order, even if it's only slightly off.
- Talking to the seller on WhatsApp instead of in the order chat.
- Canceling the order after paying because the seller is slow. Wait, message them in the chat, then ask for help.
