If you search for "D17" in the payment method filter and can't find it, search for "Postepay" instead; that's how it appears on the exchanges. You'll find the D17 card number to transfer to in the seller's details.

Buying (Binance)

  1. Verify your account (guide).
  2. Add Funds → P2P Trading → USDT and TND.
  3. Filter by Postepay (D17) or Flouci.
  4. Buy → enter the amount → pay from your own account → Transferred, notify seller.
  5. Your USDT lands in your Funding wallet.

Selling and cashing out

  1. Move your USDT to your Funding wallet.
  2. P2P → Sell → TND, choose a buyer and add your D17 or Flouci account in your own name.
  3. Open the app, check the amount and the sender's name, then tap Confirm release.
