With your local currency Through OKX P2P

Method 1: Deposit crypto

Step 1: Open the deposit screen

On the home screen, tap Deposit crypto, or go to Assets → Deposit → Deposit crypto.

Step 2: Choose the coin and network

Pick the coin (USDT, for example), then choose the network. OKX warns that the network must be the same on both platforms.

Step 3: Copy the address (and the tag, if there is one)

Copy the address, or scan the QR code from the sending platform. Some coins, such as XRP, need a tag/memo along with the address. Without it, you could lose your funds.

Step 4: Send from the other side

On the sending platform, paste the address, choose the same network and send. First time? Try a small amount first.

Networks explained: TRC20, BEP20 and ERC20.

Method 2: Buy with your local currency on P2P

If you don't own any crypto yet, buy USDT directly with your local currency on OKX P2P. You choose a seller and pay them by bank transfer or e-wallet, and OKX holds the crypto until the seller confirms they've received your payment.
