Does OKX work in Yemen?

You can sign up (Yemen isn't on OKX's restricted list), but OKX's global P2P doesn't support the Yemeni rial. That means you can't buy USDT with rials on OKX directly. To buy and sell with rials, use Binance.

Buying (Binance)

1. Verify your account with your ID card (guide).
2. Add Funds → P2P Trading → USDT and YER.
3. Filter by your payment method: Al-Kuraimi, Jaib, ONE Cash...
4. Buy → enter the amount → pay from your own account → Transferred, notify seller.
5. Your USDT lands in your Funding wallet, which is your "USDT wallet".

Selling and converting USDT to cash

1. Move your USDT to your Funding wallet.
2. P2P → Sell → YER, and pick a buyer who pays to Al-Kuraimi or your wallet.
3. Add your account in your own name, check that the money has arrived in the app, then tap Confirm release.
