Method 1: Binance to Binance with Binance Pay
- Open the app, tap the Pay icon at the top of the home screen, then tap Send.
- Choose how to identify the recipient: phone number, email, Binance ID or Pay ID.
- Select USDT and enter the amount.
- Check the recipient's name and the amount, then confirm with two-factor authentication.
Fees: Binance says Binance Pay transfers carry no transaction fee, while another of its help pages mentions a small fee only once you go past a high monthly transfer threshold. For everyday amounts, the transfer is effectively free, and any fee shows up in the app before you confirm.
On the website
Assets → Overview → Withdraw → pick USDT → Binance User → enter the email, phone number or Binance ID → Send.
Method 2: To another wallet or exchange
- Ask the person for their USDT deposit address and the network (TRC20, for example).
- On Binance: Assets → Overview → Send → Withdraw Assets.
- Paste the address, choose the same network, and enter the amount.
- Check the network fee, then confirm with two-factor authentication.

Sending money to family in another country
This is how a lot of expats do it: you send USDT to your family's Binance account with Binance Pay, and they sell it for their local currency on P2P. Make sure Binance is available in their country first: Countries page.
