## Method 1: Sell USDT for your local currency (P2P)

1. Make sure your USDT is in your **Funding Account** (local-currency P2P trades come out of it).
2. Go to **P2P Trading** → **Sell**, and filter by coin, amount, currency and payment method.
3. Pick an ad, tap **Sell USDT** and enter the amount.
4. The buyer has a **timer** to pay you.
5. Once the money **has actually arrived** in your account, tap **Release Now**.
6. If it hasn't arrived, choose **I have not received the payment in my available balance** and tap **OK**.

> ⚠️ **Don't release before the money arrives.** Open your bank or wallet app yourself; don't rely on a screenshot or a message.

## Method 2: Withdraw crypto on-chain

1. In the app: **Assets** → **Funding Account** → **Withdraw**.
2. Search for the coin and select it.
3. Choose the **network**, the address and the amount.
4. Confirm with your **email/phone code** and **Google Authenticator** (both are required for addresses that aren't saved in your address book).
5. Withdrawals can take **30 minutes to an hour**, and longer when the network is congested.

> 💡 Withdrawals are made from **Funding** or **Spot**, not directly from the Unified Trading Account. Move your balance to Funding first.

## Internal transfer to another Bybit user

It's free and instant, but it only works **between two verified accounts**. It's handy for sending money to your family if they have a Bybit account. To send to another exchange, use an on-chain withdrawal instead. [Guide to networks](https://exchangesteps.com/usdt-networks).
